We heard 'December', the first single from New Zealand natives Yumi Zouma's upcoming sophomore album Willowbank, just a few weeks ago. After a relatively short wait, the band have shared the beautifully upbeat opening track from the album, 'Depths (Pt. 1)'. It's an irresistible feel-good number with a disco-inspired bass groove, rich padded synthesizers, and silky smooth vocals, which instantly teleport you to somewhere more exotic. The reverb-laden guitar hooks draw on the electro-pop quartet's more indie side, whilst the electronic drums demand you to dance along with them. Willowbank comes out on October 6th via Cascine. -HLMX
